Most maintenance memberships are designed for clients who have already completed a treatment programme and want to protect their results. However, the Lymphatic Drainage and Lipoedema memberships can be started as standalone subscriptions — they don’t require a prior programme. If you’re unsure, a consultation will help clarify the best starting point.
Treatments can’t be rolled over between months. However, you can gift unused treatments to a friend or family member, so they don’t go to waste. If you know you’ll be away for an extended period, you can pause your membership for up to two months with advance notice.
Yes. You can upgrade or change your membership at any point during your 12-month period. If you want to move to a different treatment type entirely, we’ll discuss this at your next session and make the switch as seamlessly as possible.
All memberships are paid by monthly direct debit. There’s no large upfront payment — you simply pay monthly for 12 months. If you’d prefer to pay annually upfront, speak to us and we can arrange this.
Premium and Elite members get first access to appointment slots, including peak times. If you prefer specific days or times, priority booking means you’re more likely to secure your preferred slots — especially during busy periods.
Absolutely. Some clients hold both an Exilis RF membership and an Emtone membership, for example. Each membership runs independently with its own pricing and treatment schedule. Your additional treatment discount applies across all services.
At the end of your 12-month commitment, your membership automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis — you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Many clients choose to continue because the member pricing and benefits make ongoing treatment significantly more affordable.
