Lipoedema Management

Specialist non-surgical support

Specialist lymphatic support for lipoedema and lymphatic conditions

Living with lipoedema can feel isolating. The disproportionate fat distribution, the tenderness, the frustration of being told to “just diet and exercise” when you know it’s not that simple.

We understand that lipoedema is a medical condition — not a lifestyle choice. Our specialist programme provides targeted lymphatic support, helping manage symptoms, reduce discomfort, and improve quality of life.

We understand lipoedema is a medical condition, not a lifestyle issue. Our approach is informed, empathetic, and free from judgement.

Manual lymphatic drainage helps manage swelling, discomfort, and heaviness. Regular sessions can significantly improve daily comfort and mobility.

We complement your medical team, not replace them. Our treatments support your overall management plan, whether you're awaiting diagnosis, managing conservatively, or post-surgery.

Lipoedema is a chronic condition requiring ongoing care. Our membership options provide sustainable, affordable long-term support.

Our Qualifications & Standards

How Does Lipoedema Management Work?

Our structured approach allows you to start where it makes sense for your situation and build from there.

Every session includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) plus a rotating supporting treatment tailored to your needs — pressotherapy, red light therapy, or deep vibro massage.

Assessment

We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand your symptoms, establish baseline measurements, and create your treatment plan.

Treatment

Intensive MLD sessions with rotating supporting treatments to reduce symptoms, improve lymphatic flow, and establish a foundation of improvement.

Education

Compression guidance, self-massage techniques, movement recommendations, and anti-inflammatory nutrition support to help you manage between sessions.

Maintenance

Once your programme is complete, ongoing membership options keep your results on track with regular sessions at member-exclusive pricing.

Sessions start twice weekly, progressing to weekly as symptoms improve. Most clients begin with our Essential programme to establish a baseline and see how their body responds. We’ll guide you on next steps based on your progress and goals.

Q & A

No formal diagnosis is required to start treatment. However, if you haven’t been diagnosed, we recommend discussing your symptoms with your GP. We can provide information to support that conversation.

No — lipoedema is a chronic condition with no current cure. However, manual lymphatic drainage can significantly help manage symptoms, reduce discomfort, and improve quality of life.

This depends on your symptoms. During flare-ups, more frequent sessions help. For maintenance, most clients find monthly or fortnightly sessions effective. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your needs.

Yes, we’re happy to coordinate with your GP, consultant, or surgeon. Please bring any relevant medical information to your first appointment.

Absolutely. Manual lymphatic drainage is highly recommended after lipoedema-specific liposuction. Timing depends on your surgeon’s guidance — typically starting 1-2 weeks post-op.

Our Comprehensive membership includes an annual compression garment allowance. We can also advise on garment fitting and suppliers if you’re self-managing.
