Ideally within 1-2 weeks of your procedure, though this depends on your surgeon’s guidance. Some surgeons recommend starting as early as 3-5 days post-op. Always follow your surgeon’s specific instructions.

No — post-procedure lymphatic drainage uses very gentle pressure. It should not cause pain. If you experience discomfort, please tell your practitioner immediately.
Yes. We work around drains (if still in place) and can treat with or without compression garments depending on your surgeon’s instructions. We’ll adapt our technique to your current recovery stage.
Absolutely. Many clients travel abroad for surgery. Book your post-op appointments before you leave so you have support arranged for when you return. We recommend scheduling your first session for 5-7 days after your return.
Currently, all treatments take place at our clinic. However, we understand mobility can be limited post-surgery, so we offer ground-floor access and flexible appointment times to accommodate recovery needs.
