Membership Benefits
All memberships include: preferential rates, priority booking, 10% off products & supplements. Balance and Elite tiers add Client Success Portal access and treatment discounts (15–20%). Elite members also receive quarterly progress reviews.
Membership Terms
12-month commitment, paid monthly by direct debit. Pause for up to 2 months with notice. Treatments can be gifted but not rolled over. Cancel after commitment with 30 days’ notice.

All memberships require a 12-month commitment, paid by monthly direct debit. After your initial year, you can continue month-to-month or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Yes, you can pause for up to 2 months per year with advance notice — useful for holidays or busy periods.
Yes, treatments can be gifted to friends or family. However, unused sessions cannot be rolled over to the following month.
You can upgrade your membership tier at any time. Downgrades or changes to a different treatment type take effect at your next renewal date.
Your practitioner will review your progress at each session. Formal consultations aren’t required for maintenance appointments, though you can always request one.
